The Great Egg Hunt at Centennial Park 2017

The Great CP Egg Hunt returns to Centennial Park for its
seventh year in 2017!
Celebrate the Easter long weekend (Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April 2017) with the family this year at Sydney’s biggest and best-loved Easter adventure, The Great CP Egg Hunt, returning for its seventh year in the beautiful Centennial Park.

Thousands are expected at the popular event in a mass of bunny ears, baskets and smiling faces as little ones follow their Trail Map, solve puzzles and clues and overcome obstacles to claim a prize from their favourite furry Easter friend!

Adding to the excitement, Australia’s favourite confectionary company, Darrell Lea joins the event for a second year and will be supplying the most scrumptious chocolate eggs for the family to share.

“The Great CP Egg Hunt is about much more than finding chocolate goodies! It’s an adventure that requires some clever detective work, fresh air and exercise in nature, family involvement, and a bit of sightseeing around stunning Centennial Park!” said Lyndle Hardstaff, Education Officer at Centennial Parklands.

“This year’s activities all bunny and egg related, you can expect a bunny hop sack race, an egg and spoon obstacle course and some hoop toss, with a few new twists! But the fun of course, is always in finding the Bunny or the Bilby at the end. Make sure you bring the camera for the family picture!’

“We recommend getting in early by jumping on to the booking site and picking your time slot now! There will likely be no tickets available on the day – so don’t miss out!”

Centennial Parklands is the place to go for all kinds of family fun over the Easter break.
