Uruguayan-born artist Marlen English exhibits at A4 Art Australia 2017

A4 Art Australia... 2017
An initiative of the Contemporary Art Society of Victoria Inc.

A National exhibition of A4-sized contemporary art in an astounding range of styles and subjects - a delight to the eye and the imagination!

This year, the Latin community in Australia will be represented by the Uruguayan-born and Hornsby resident, artist Marlen English.
The official opening took place on Saturday March 18 by Cr. Marcia Griffin representing The City of Stonnington.

There will be 436 distinctive A4-sized artworks and sculptures on show, covering almost every imaginable subject, and created in a wide range of media including - acrylic, aquatint, ceramic, charcoal, collage, crayon, digital print, enamel, etching, felted wool, giclee print, gouache, graphite, ink, linocut, mixed media, oil pastel, pastel, pen, pencil, photography, polymer, textile & watercolour!

The exhibition is on show the following dates: 18, 19, 25, 26 March & 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16 & 17 April 2017.
NOTE: The gallery will also be open Easter Monday 17 April.

This exhibition is part of the Herring Island Summer Arts Festival.

All artworks exhibited in A4 Art Australia 2017 will also be displayed on the CAS website at the end of the exhibition.
